A RARE burned out and rusted classic Ferrari has been put up for sale for a whopping £120,000.

The 1972 Ferrari 246GT Dino Project was wrecked in a fire.

Sadly, buyers – who can pick up the Dino at , based in New York – will just be getting a shell that doesn’t even have any wheels.

Originally, the iconic motor was kitted out with a beige leather interior and was finished in Marrone Colorado – a shade of dark brown.

Would-be buyers of the rusted heap of metal will receive a clear matching title and a Marcel Massini history report, according to the listing.

The car dealership said: “This car clearly needs complete restoration, but the good news is that it’s certainly the cheapest one you will ever find.

“The Dino market is hot and shows no signs of cooling.

“An exciting opportunity to own an iconic 246GT Dino.

“This deal is on fire.”

Models like this Dino found in perfect condition can sell for an eye-watering £630,000.

However, not everyone was pleased with the Ferrari’s price – with petrolheads expecting it to cost a lot less.

One commenter questioned: “£120,000 for that?

“I was thinking £30,000 for that or less.

“Basically unrestorable, someone is going to put it in their house as a sculpture.”
