DRIVERS looking to stay cool on long car journeys this summer have been urged to try out an amazing £4.99 product from Temu.
The cooling gel car seat cushion is the latest trend for motorists looking to avoid becoming hot and bothered behind the wheel as it perfectly keeps your seats cool and crisp.
The product is described as breathable, lightweight and super easy to use as all drivers need to do is place it on the car seat and let it work its magic.
Rectangular in shape, the pad also comes with a honeycomb layered deign on top for ultimate softness and a clear flow of cold air.
Self-cooling pads can either be placed on the seat directly where you sit or on the back of the seat.
They're even super easy to clean with a simple wipe over doing the trick.

The item is currently selling on Temu for less than £5 with nearly 300 already being sold as the summer days ramp up.
One happy shopper left a review saying "definitely recommend" as another noted how thin it feels when placed underneath your seat.
It comes as weather warnings have been placed across the UK for July with the Met office claiming there is a "higher than average chance of heatwaves developing" between July 9 to July 23.
Maps have also indicated Brits could be in for a blistering 300-mile heat wave expected this month.

Drivers have also been told about two items you should always leave in your car during a heatwave.
Reflective sunshades can be a lifesaver when it comes to keeping your car cool while it's parked up.
Not everyone is able to find a bay in the shade and stopping under a tree can bring its own issues with dripping sap and divebombing pigeons.
A silver sunshade is a cheap and easy way to block out the worst of the heat if you do have to park in the sun.
When you hop into the driver's seat on a sunny day it can be sweltering for the first few minutes before the air con kicks in.
A handheld, motorised fan is ideal for beating the heat if you don't have AC or while you let it get to work.
It can also be passed around to passengers to keep them cool on long hot drives.
Warnings have also started to run riot over three items you should never leave in your car.
These include medicines due to their heat limitations, bottles of water because of the harsh chemicals in the plastic and also suncream as it can overheat and even pop under the sun.
Influencer also gave a tip on how to keep your car cool as she recommended rolling down the passenger side window and wafting the opposite door open and closed.
The Tiktoker claims it helps to remove the hot air immediately and also brings in a nice breeze.
Another trick to be wary of is the temperature of your steering wheel when it gets roasting.
But there is an incredibly easy trick to get around this problem, according to a TikTok clip which has gone viral.
They say all the driver has to do is simply rotate the wheel 180 degrees as soon as they park - and before they leave their car in the glorious sunshine.

By twisting the steering wheel around, it will place the base of the steering wheel in the sun, keeping the top half - where drivers place their hands - in the shade.
How to keep cool in a heatwave
Most of us welcome hot weather, but when it's too hot, there are health risks. Here are three ways to keep cool according to the NHS...
Keep out of the heat if you can.
If you have to go outside, stay in the shade especially between 11am and 3pm, wear sunscreen, a hat and light clothes, and avoid exercise or activity that makes you hotter.
Cool yourself down.
Have cold food and drinks, avoid alcohol, caffeine and hot drinks, and have a cool shower or put cool water on your skin or clothes.
Keep your living space cool.
Close windows during the day and open them at night when the temperature outside has gone down. Electric fans can help if the temperature is below 35 degrees. Check the temperature of rooms, especially where people at higher risk live and sleep.
