Unique £1.45 million real estate that comes complete with 340 VINTAGE cars
A once-in-a-lifetime opportunity has opened up for any car lover willing to take on a massive restoration job
AN over-enthusiastic car lover is selling a collection of over 340 vintage cars in a mammoth sale that includes a renovated two-bedroom house.
Canadian Mike Hall decided his car collecting hobby had got out of hand, so when he put his five-acre property up for sale, he decided to throw in the giant collection of rundown vehicles.
Complete with its own stocked repair shop, the collection includes some classics, including a DeLorean and a 1941 three-window Dodge business coupe.
With a range of different models of Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Volvo and Mopar cars, Hall said each vehicle had a value between
£400 and £28,000.
Originally bought as a storage yard after Hall's wife complained their own backyard was getting too crowded, the entire five-acre property, along with all the vehicles, is on the market for just £1.45 million.
The real estate agent looking after the sale described the deal as a "lifetime opportunity".
"It is about a lifetime opportunity to spend time doing what people like: restoring vintage cars and living in one of the most beautiful parts of British Columbia.
"That value is more than the asking price."
