‘Used’ Bugatti Chiron on sale for £1.1million MORE than the supercar owner paid for it new four months ago

A SAVVY supercar owner is hoping to make a tidy £1million profit when he sells his used Bugatti Chiron.

Having originally purchased the car for £2.5million, the owner has now put it back on the market for £3.6million, making it the first ever "used" model to go on sale in the UK.

Due to go on sale with Romans International, it was one of the very first Chiron models to have been delivered to the UK and has just 1,000 miles on the clock.

Incredibly, the current owner is selling the sleek black model as they have another Chiron on order - despite only owning the first one for four months.

The reason for the car's drastic increase in value is the limited number of production models offered by the manufacturer.

Bugatti plan to build a total of just 500 Chirons over the next 10 years, with each owner required to custom order their own.

And unless you have already submitted your order, it will be years before your very own 261mph supercar is actually delivered - so the extra £1.1million is the price you'll have to pay if you want to skip the queue.

Owned by a big player in the construction industry, this particular car also comes with some exciting extras including leather and carbon interior worth £53,000.

And to top it off, the original owner added £16,000 worth of carbon fibre seating - making it even more of a dazzling motor.

Tom Jaconelli, Director of Romans International, said: "Although the Chiron is not yet sold out, if you place an order today you will be waiting at least three or four years before the car could be built and delivered, so we are offering the chance to ‘jump the queue’ but of course there is a hefty premium to pay for this privilege.

“We often see the world’s most beautiful and expensive cars in our showroom but the Bugatti Chiron is the ultimate, it’s the most desirable car in the world today and we’re thrilled to have the first example openly for sale on the market.”
