JAMES Bond fans now have the chance to take a behind-the-scenes look into the life of the world's favourite secret agent.

007 geeks can hang out at the mountain-top location used in Spectre and get a glimpse at the iconic Jaguar Land Rover cars from the movies.

The British car manufacturer has announced a three-year partnership at the state-of-the-art interactive experience, 007 Elements in Sölden, Austria.

Located at the top of the 3,050m Gaislachkogl peak, it offers visitors a chance to live like the iconic secret agent in the mountain-top location next to the ice Q restaurant, which was used as the Hoffler Klinik in Spectre.

Guests get to see the the Land Rover Defender and Range Rover Sport SVR used to film the Spectre ski slope car chase.

And they can take a closer peek at the latest tech that started life in Hollywood.

That includes artificial intelligence and the 90kWh lithium-ion battery that was used to power the C-X75 concept car that starred in the Rome car chase. It's now being used in Jag's real-life I-Pace.

The 007 Elements experience is due to open to the public on July 12 this year.

While Aston Martin might boast the most famous Bond cars, motors from JLR have appeared in nine Bond films since Octopussy in 1983, when Roger Moore made a dramatic escape in a Range Rover Classic.

Mark Cameron, Jaguar Land Rover experiential marketing director, said: "From one British icon to another, Jaguar Land Rover is proud to be part of 007 Elements, the new James Bond experience.

"We have collaborated with EON Productions and Cable Car Companies Sölden to showcase our Bond vehicles and latest technologies in this unique installation overlooking the Ötztal Alps."

007 Elements creative director, Neal Callow, added: “Our aim with 007 Elements is to tell the story of the making of 007 films in an ultra-modern, emotive and engaging way.

"We want to use this incredible location to place our guests into Bond’s environment, and bring the stories to life in a unique and unforgettable way."
