BAY WATCH

Lamborghini driver, who keeps nicking a mayor’s parking space, could soon be in trouble as it’s now been re-allocated to the police

Fashion mogul Ash White has been defiantly parking his £155,000 car in the bay for years

AN ORANGE Lamborghini owner could soon find himself in trouble if he keeps defiantly using the mayor's parking space - as it's now been re-allocated to the police.

Ash White - a 23-year-old fashion designer - has been parking his Lamborghini Huracan outside of Cheltenham Town Hall for years.

Despite constantly racking up parking tickets, he argued that the space was never used by Mayor Bernard Fisher.

White is the owner of clothes brand Hera, which has been endorsed by celebrities such as cast members from MTV's Geordie Shore and MMA fighter Conor McGregor.

Back in 2016, White said he wouldn't have parked in the mayoral bay if the markings hadn't faded away. The spot has since been repainted with the words "MAYOR'S CAR".

He also said that paying the parking tickets slapped on his £155,000 supercar was not a financial burden for him.

The former car washer also hired a lawyer specialising in parking cases who forced Gloucestershire County Council to cancel some of the fines he's been given in the past.

White then went on to parking a black Lamborghini in the same spot, but now will have to face angering Gloucestershire Police since Mayor Fisher gave local enforcement permission to use the space when they're visiting the council offices.

The Mayor admitted that he hasn't used the bay in years after he switched from an old Daimler to a Toyota Avensis.

Fisher also said that he's only ever seen seen White use the space to park a car.
