SOME drivers will do almost anything to stand out on the road.
But these motoring enthusiasts have gone above and beyond to get their moment in the spotlight.
From a 26-wheel limo to the fastest car in space, you'll be amazed by these bizarre motoring Guinness World Records.
And they're sure to turn heads out on the road.
So, do you think you could challenge any of them?
Longest car
The Guinness World Record for the longest car was set at a whopping 100ft (30.5metres) back in 1986.
Built by American custom car specialist Jay Ohrberg, the impressive 26-wheeled limousine has its own helipad, king-sized water bed and a swimming pool with a diving board.
Despite making its way into the record books, the massive motor was abandoned and sold at salvage auction in 2012.
Fastest car in space
Tesla founder Elon Musk made headlines last year after launching his very own Tesla Roadster into space.
The vehicle was clocked travelling 7.24miles per second - the equivalent 24,942mph on Earth - making it the fastest car in space.
The Roadster was manned by a mannequin dressed in a full space suit for its inaugural flight, along with a copy of popular book A Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
Hairiest car
Owned by Maria Lucia Mugno, this Fiat 500 is covered with 120kgs of hair.
The Italian hairstylist spent more than £71,137 (€80,000) covering her car in human hair she had sourced from India.
Even more surprisingly, the mini vehicle is still roadworthy.
Longest custom banana car
UK-born Steve Braithwaite earned a world record for the longest custom banana car in 2011, after it was measured at a incredible 22ft and 10.5 inches (6.97m).
The motor, dubbed the Big Banana, also boasts a V8 engine and is capable of a top speed of 85mph.
Longest continuous car skid
Teenagers across the country try to leave skids after getting their licence, but they have nothing on this Guinness World Record.
Professional driver Norman Craig Breedlove accidentally recorded the longest skid mark of six miles when his car went out of control in October 1964.
Largest car tyre track image
With the help of 11 Hyundai Genesis vehicle, the largest image using car tyres spanned a whopping 5.5million square metres.
And the impressive feat, which resembled a handwritten message from a daughter to her astronaut father, was actually seen by him in space.
Tightest car parallel parking
Brits often boast about their ability to parallel park, but according to the Guinness World Records no one can do it better than Alastair Moffat.
The UK driver completed the tightest reverse park in 2015 when he backed a classic Mini into a space only 13.4inches larger than the width of the car.
