Locals claim the girls confronted him with a hammer in a raid gone wrong — days after they sat outside his home waving crowbars.
Another local he had allegedly suffered a sustained campaign of torment.
'HEART ATTACK'
Neighbours rushed to his aid on Saturday and tried to resuscitate Mr Marron, known as Paddy, after he collapsed from a suspected heart attack.
The girls were quizzed on suspicion of murder and later released on bail. A third girl, 12, and a man, 20, were also arrested but released without facing further action.
Flowers were laid outside Mr Marron’s house, where he had lived with wife Ann before she died aged 71 in 2016.
