Council flats with stunning sea views near millionaire’s row Sandbanks with fourth-highest land value in WORLD on offer for £270 a month
A NEW tower block has been dubbed 'Britain's best set of council flats' for offering the same stunning sea views as the Sandbanks peninsula.
Swanky Nile Court overlooks Dorset's Poole Harbour - near one of the most exclusive postcodes in the world.
The flats have private balconies, communal public art areas, and underground parking.
They are a short distance from the exclusive Sandbanks peninsula - home of celebs like footie boss Harry Redknapp.
A study revealed that 13 Sandbanks mansions were worth a combined £93m.
Monthly rents at Nile Court will be around £270 a month, with top floor ones setting renters back £320.
Thirty out of the 46 flats in the nine-story development will be available for council tenants.

Sixteen apartments will be sold on a shared ownership basis with housing association Sovereign Living.
They were built in partnership with Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole Council.
Council leader Vikki Slade said: "The flats are amazing and the views are spectacular, and you have to bear in mind they are almost all for local people on the housing register."
