TWO teen pals knifed to death in a house party bloodbath may have been lured there by girls in a honeytrap plot, cops revealed.
It came as a suspect was arrested last night on suspicion of murdering best friends Dom Ansah and Ben Gillham-Rice, both 17, at a 23rd birthday party in Milton Keynes.
Detectives are investigating reports that the boys may have been the victims of a honeytrap plot laid by a rival gang, .
It was claimed the 17-year-olds were "set up" by the two girls to be killed by masked gatecrashers who stormed into the £400,000 semi on Saturday night.
Another 17-year-old and a man aged 23 were wounded in the sickening knife frenzy that spilled out to the street and left blood spattered on the front door.
One local woman wrote on the police Facebook page: "I hope the two girls who set these boys up are arrested."
And a Thames Valley Police spokesman confirmed: "The possibility that the boys were lured to the address by two girls is one of the lines of inquiry.
"Connections to drugs is also an active line of inquiry."
MURDER SUSPECT QUIZZED
Hours before the murders, Dom's mum Tracey shared a quote on Facebook, reading: "Drugs don't love you, drug dealers don't love you, the lifestyle doesn't love you but all of it will take you away from the people that do."
Chilling images from the scene show forensic crews working outside the house with blood splatters clearly visible on the front door.
One of the boys died at the scene, while the second victim died later in hospital.
Earlier a shocked mum whose son was there said one of the teens died in his arms.
Thames Valley Police said: "Those responsible arrived at the party uninvited, wore face coverings and they were armed with knives in what appears to be a targeted attack".
The force said last night a 21-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of murdering the two boys and two attempted murders.
Heartbreaking tributes flooded in for the two former Hazeley Academy pupils, who were best pals from childhood.
One girl, calling herself a cousin, wrote: "Heartbroken!! too loose theses boys I’ve grown up with my family, my little cousin! Words don’t describe.
"Gone far far too soon! There just young boys robbed of their lives. Knife crime needs to stop. This is crazy!.
"They didn’t just destroy one life they destroyed a twin sister's life, a brother's life and parents' life and hundreds more.
"May you gorgeous boys rest in peace. Uncle mark (my dad) is there waiting for you. Sleep tight. Until we meet again".
Dom is understood to have a twin sister called Holly, while Ben has an older brother called Jakey.
A teen who laid a tribute at the double murder scene said: “ I went to school with them, they were lovely boys, always jokey and best pals. It’s tragic.”
