SIX men are being quizzed over the disappearance of Brit backpacker Amelia Bambridge - as cops admit they've lost hope of finding her alive.
The six bar workers are among 20 people questioned after the 21-year-old vanished after a beach party on the tourist island Koh Rong last Wednesday night.

The six detainees are thought to work in local bars.
Deputy police chief Nop Panha said: "They are being questioned. We are not drawing any conclusions yet".
But a senior police source said there was "little hope" that Amelia would be found alive.
He said: "We are looking for a body now."

It comes after Amelia's heatrbroken dad Phil told how he feared she had been kidnapped - even though authorities were insistent she drowned.
Speaking on Monday, he said: "I think someone's taken her. I don't think she's had an accident, if she'd had an accident she would have been found.
"I’m not doing very well.
"I just hope we can find her, but it seems like it’s going to be difficult.

"I’m not [optimistic], unless a miracle happens.

"She had her safety rules, and she let them slip, and she’s now paid the ultimate price."
Amelia's purple backpack was pictured on rocks close to the shore where it was found after she disappeared in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police also revealed her belongings were still in the bag, while her passport was at the hostel, a 40 minute walk from the beach where she was last seen.
The items in her bag included a small purse, several packs of over-the-counter medication, her mobile phone, a phone charger, headphones, bank cards, a watch, a lighter, a pen, and a tourist SIM.

Police, scuba divers, government officials and volunteers joined the search yesterday for the missing tourist.
They were also using a drone to scour the dense jungle and coastline.
Amelia, from Worthing, West Sussex, had called her sibling Georgie ahead of the beach party and was last seen at around 3am on Thursday.
