A 41-YEAR-OLD woman blackmailed a 15-year-old boy into letting her rape him at least 20 times, police say.
Spring Turner, of Orlando, Florida, is alleged to have abused the boy over a two or three year period before becoming pregnant with his twins.
The alleged victim said he was last abused on July 4, 2018, when he said Turner threatened to have him evicted from her brother's home and fired from his job if he didn't have sex with her.
A DNA test found the boy is the father of the twins, reports.
ALLEGED ABUSE
In police records, the teen reports that the abuse happened at night or when he came home from school, starting from when he was 15.
Turner was arrested and charged with sexual battery and sexual conduct with a minor on Thursday, and remains in Volusia County Jail without bail.
She reportedly told investigators she had "only" had sex with the boy when he was 17.
But the age of consent in Florida is 18, meaning any sexual relations before that age would constitute statutory rape.
On Facebook, Turner describes herself as "a mom of a wonderful 17 year-old son…and two beautiful twins…love you 3." Her relationship status is listed as "single".
Her alleged abuse was exposed after a friend of the victim’s family, Amber Montgomery, sent Volusia County Sheriff’s Office an email making the claims, reports.
The boy also claimed that Turner used marijuana to get him high before taking advantage of him, the reports.
Sexual battery of a minor between 12 and 18 is a first-degree felony in Florida, and is punishable either with a fine, up to 30 years in prison, or both.
