Tesco is selling Harry Potter pyjamas with a warning NOT to wear them in bed
TESCO is selling Harry Potter pyjamas for kids — with a warning not to wear them to bed.
A label reads “should not be worn to sleep in” next to one describing it as girls’ pyjamas.
Mum Emma Ayling, 44, spotted the £15 outfit at a store in Reading, Berks.
She said: “We were a bit confused as they were definitely sold as pyjamas.
“Whoever ordered them must have had a sleeping spell put on them.”
Tesco said: “As this particular product has a hood, we advise children not to sleep with it on.”
It’s not the store’s first Potter PJs controversy.
Last year a pair featuring Hedwig the owl had a tag saying they should not be slept in — even though they had no hood.

The £14 grey and gold set had “waiting for my letter” written on the front.
University lecturer Smith Odedra was left confused, and joked at the time: “What would happen if someone did wear them to bed?
“Would they spontaneously combust? Or perhaps be whisked off to Hogwarts!”
