Brave mum confronts ‘idiot’ yobs smoking cannabis in children’s park so her toddler can play
A BRAVE mum confronted a group of “idiot” yobs smoking cannabis in a children’s park after arriving at the gate with her one-year-old son.
The woman, who has not been named, wanted her son to be able to play at the park in Teddington, South West London, yesterday.

She noticed a group of teenagers stood around the park wearing hoodies and could smell marijuana.
Instead of walking away, she bravely confronted the group and filmed the moment she asked them to leave.
She said: "Go home or find something else to do. Smoke your weed in the woods - go somewhere else."
A boy replied: "How about you go home?"
She quickly hit back: "I would like to after I've let my little kid play in the park for a bit. How are we supposed to come in here?"
Another teen said: "No one is saying you can't."
She replied: "How are we supposed to come in here?"
He said: "Through the gate."

She said: "You guys are all smoking weed. It stinks in here. I don't care who it is, it stinks of weed.
"This is supposed to be for kids in here you idiot. Look at him, he's one-year-old and he's got nowhere to play because you're like this."
A spokesman for Richmond Council said: "This has been reported to the Parkguard who will monitor the site going forward."
