FACTS of Life actress Heather Kerr says that Harvey Weinstein was upset with the size of her breasts when she first met the mogul.
In an interview with Dr Oz that is set to sit air today, Heather went on to claim that forced her to perform both manual and oral sex acts on him at this same meeting.
"When I walked in, he looked me up and down and he was angry because my breasts were small. He didn't use that word, but he basically took me apart piece by piece and told me to sit down," recalls Heather in a clip from that was obtained by The Sun.
"He sat next to me and told me what was going to happen, that I was going to sleep with him, and that this is how things were done and proceeded to unzip his pants, pull out his penis, reached across, grabbed my hand, and forced my hand onto his penis, where he began to manipulate himself."
"HE FORCED HIMSELF IN MY MOUTH."
Heather was a struggling actress at the time, who had managed to land guest spots on shows including The Facts of Life but was looking to take the next step in her career.
That all changed however after that meeting, the details of which Heather had shared back in 2017 when allegations about Harvey first began to surface.
She tells Dr Oz that there was one thing she did not reveal at that time.
"As if the grabbing my hand and forcing my hand onto his penis wasn't bad enough," says Heather.
"He reached up and grabbed me behind the back of my neck and pulled my head down onto his lap, where he forced himself into my mouth."
Heather would later find success as an acting coach on television shows including Moesha and Minor Adjustments in the years after her alleged assault, but did not pursue her dream own Hollywood dreams.
“He got down to business right away. This was obviously something he had planned,” Heather tells Dr Oz of her alleged assault.
She also recalls what Harvey allegedly told her at that "meeting."
"He says, 'This is what we're going to do. You're going to sleep with me. I will take you to parties and I will introduce you to other men that you're going to sleep with because that will advance your career. That's how it's done,'" she says in the interview.
Heather’s sit-down on The Dr Oz show comes just as Harvey’s trial gets underway in New York City.
HARVEY HEADS TO COURT
The disgraced mogul is facing serious prison time if convicted on any of the charges brought against him by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
He is charged with five counts in total, two of which are for predatory sexual assault which carries a life sentence.
Those charges stem from the allegations made against Harvey by two women.
The first, Mimi Haleyi, claims Harvey sexually assaulted her in one of his daughter’s bedrooms back in 2006 at his Soho apartment.
She went public with her allegations in 2017, claiming that Harvey forced himself on her orally in on of his daughter's bedrooms.
Mimi said in a press conference at the time that she tried to get him to stop by pointing out the fact that she was menstruating at the time, but the mogul ignored her and pulled out her tampon before continuing with the alleged assault.
The second women, who claims that she was raped by Harvey in 2013, has not been identified in court documents.
She claims that Harvey sexually assaulted her in a Manhattan hotel, a claim the defense has already fought back against by releasing emails between the women and Harvey that seem to show the two had a friendly and possible romantic relationship over the years.

Harvey has maintained his innocence throughout this process, denying all allegations of assault.
His ever-changing legal team, how led by famed prosecutor Donna Rotunno, has made it clear that they will be pulling out all the stops to exonerate their client.
This was evident over the past two weeks, when the defense team called for the judge to step aside after accusing him of bias and later just moments after seating the seven men and five women who will .
Both of those motions were ultimately rejected by the court and now the District Attorney's office and Donna's team are preparing for opening statements in the case, which could happen as early as this week.
This is just the first of many trials for Harvey, who learned earlier this month that he is also facing sexual assault charges in Los Angeles.
