Ominous ring-shaped black ‘cloud’ looms over Pakistan in terrifying video that left residents bewildered

A CREEPY black O-shaped cloud has been spotted over a city in Pakistan.

Resident across the Punjab capital of Lahore were stunned by the sinister looking spectacle.

Several different theories were put forward as to what the ring could be. 

Some have suggested it was a portal to hell while others have dubbed it the "evil cloud".

Another theory is that it was caused by an alien spacecraft. 

But the cause of the O-shaped cloud remains a mystery.

Yet, there maybe a plausible explanation. 

One is that it was caused by an industrial fault on the ground.

For an example an electrical transformer blowing up as in Chicago in 2012 created the effect.

In 2013 a pyrotechnic test accidental created the same sort of black ring over Florida when technicians were preparing a fireworks display. 

The same happened in 2014 Leamington Spa. 

Generally smoke vortices require a blast through a circular structure — perhaps from a factory smokestack or even a homemade rubbish bin.
