She was also accused of first-degree sodomy and other sex abuse offenses.

The monster's pedophilia allegedly occurred between 2015 and 2020, and Ketcham knew her young victim.

Prosecutor Keith Stein told a court hearing in Albany that the sex attack counts were just the tip of the iceberg, as, "this is a situation where hundreds of charges could have been brought."

The pedo's victim contacted police recently, according to .

Found dead

After Ketcham's death, Linn County Sheriff Jim Yon said: "While performing hourly security checks, corrections deputies found Tina Ketcham hanging in her cell and unresponsive.

"Deputies immediately entered the cell, activated medics and began life saving measures.

"Albany Fire Department paramedics arrived on scene at 5.18am and soon thereafter pronounced Ms Ketcham deceased."

Yon added: "The Benton County Sheriff’s Office, in coordination with the Linn County Medical Examiner, is conducting an investigation.

"There will be no further release of information or comment until the investigation is complete."

Trial in April

There were no signs of violence and she had not been ill, according to the sheriff.

The Albany Police Department had begun investigating the horrific case in February.

Ketcham was initially charged in Linn County Circuit Court with seven sex crimes.

Then, the number of alleged sex attacks was increased to 15.

Ketcham was arraigned on an indictment for six counts of rape, two counts of sex abuse and other sex crimes.

She pleaded not guilty and was scheduled for a jury trial in April.

Judge Brendan Kane had maintained Ketcham’s bail at $350,000, denying a request for reduced security.

Cops investigating the assaults did not provide her relationship to the victim to protect his identity.

Stephen Doyle, her attorney, had told the court during an initial appearance that Ketcham was a low flight risk, as she had a stake in a local firm.

He was keen for her to be bailed, so she could go to counseling sessions.

But the judge had refused to lower the bail to $50,000.

Because of the gravity of the charges, Ketcham was facing decades behind bars.
