She stopped and filmed 13 seconds of the encounter - and said she was furious with the "disgusting" couple.

"At 2pm, during my afternoon jog, I spotted two morons having sex by the woodlands in South Norwood Country Park," she said.

"It was in plain sight and children were around.

"So much for staying home and saving lives.

"Disgusting."

The footage was recorded just days after another couple were caught performing a sex act in broad daylight near a block of flats in Derby.

The brazen pair were spotted by a surprised businessman - who stopped before shouting: "That is not two metres!"

Ahmad Zeidan said he quickly noticed that the couple were doing more than the government's recommended daily brisk walk.

"They weren't abiding by the rules, so I had to tell them," he said.

The UK has now been in lockdown for two weeks.

Under the strict measures, all non-essential shops are shut, while gatherings of more than two people are prohibited.

Brits have also been told that they can go out just once a day in order to exercise.

But as the sun shone at the weekend, many ignored the lockdown.

Police in London were also forced to break up an 18th birthday party attended by 25 guests.

Officers were even forced to shut Brockwell Park in Lambeth after 3,000 people descended on the green space - despite the UK's chief nurse begging Brits to stay at home in memory of two hero nurses who lost their lives fighting coronavirus.

Today, the UK coronavirus death toll broke the 5,000 mark after 439 more died.

Positive cases have now reached 51,608 - up from 47,806 yesterday - as Britain continues to be gripped by the deadly disease.
