Pregnant admin worker, 22, left vomiting after biting into ‘chicken brains’ in her KFC
A MUM-TO-BE was left vomiting after biting into ‘chicken brains’ in her first KFC in months.
Nicole Matthews managed one mouthful before realising it tasted “off” and dashing to the toilet to puke.

The 22-year-old had been after her fried chicken fix since KFC restaurants closed in March due to coronavirus.
But she was so traumatised by the sickening experience she has vowed to turn veggie.
Nicole’s mum Joanne, 48, pulled the rogue chicken piece apart with a fork and found “parts of a brain or kidney”.
Nicole, who is five months pregnant, said: “I was absolutely craving KFC, so I was so happy when they all opened and I was really excited for it. Then this happened.
“I had the first bite and it just tasted off, so I threw it down, made it to the toilet and actually vomited.
“I swallowed without checking it, and with me being pregnant I’ve been worried in case it could make me really ill.
“I feel a bit traumatised by it. I know It sounds dramatic, but it really, really disgusted me.
“It’s completely put me off meat, so I’m serious about becoming a vegetarian.”
The furloughed admin worker from Stretford, Greater Manchester, threw up again later that night.
But she is adamant her iffy stomach wasn’t due to morning sickness as she hasn’t suffered from it once.
Joanne rushed to the KFC in Trafford Retail Park and demanded an apology but was told to call the head office.
The pair had ordered two Mighty Bucket For One Meals and a regular portion of Popcorn Chicken with some Garlic Buttermilk May Dip, costing £20.90.
And despite not eating any of it, Nicole insists she would be happy with a simple apology.

A KFC spokesperson said: “Not ideal. However, it looks like a natural part of the chicken to us.
“This can happen when dealing with fresh chicken – they’re harmless, but it goes without saying they shouldn’t be there.
“This doesn’t meet the Colonel’s usual high standards, and it’s certainly not the reunion we want people to have with their favourite fried chicken after some time apart.
