Peaceful protesters marching against police brutality and systemic racism were met with a group of counter-protesters, including DeMarco, shouting at them and bearing "All Lives Matter" signs and "Thin Blue Line" flags.

The other counter-protester identified with DeMarco is a corrections officer in South Jersey.

He has been suspended by the New Jersey Department of Corrections pending an investigation, according to TMZ.

Derek Chauvin, the officer who arrested and kneeled on his neck for almost nine minutes until Floyd died, now faces charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

In footage of the arrest, Floyd can be heard telling Chauvin "I can't breathe" while bystanders plead with Chauvin to stop and for the other three officers present to intervene.
