“We have enough room to give each other space, so we’re asking members to engage in a ‘no new play’ policy, which means come and play with a partner and experience NSFW for the exhibitionist and voyeuristic sides of it,” Daniel Saynt, the club's founder told the .

The members-only space will only allow 10 percent capacity – or a cap of 20 people.

Couples must also adhere to a "no new play" policy – meaning that people may only hook up with the person they came with, Saynt added.

Saynt said other safety precautions include temperature checks at the door, wearing a mask and gloves, and bringing a change of clean clothes in a plastic bag.

The club has also added sanitation stations throughout the space as a safety precaution against coronavirus.

“Throughout the clubhouse, there’s additional hand sanitizer and toy cleaners at sanitization stations," Saynt told the New York Post.

Saynt said the club's capacity cap will be kept "nice and low" until at least phase 3 of reopening.

New York City's Department of Health issued earlier this month on "Safer Sex and COVID-19."

The department of health recommends: "If you do have sex with others outside of your household, have as few partners as possible and pick partners you trust."
