Pervert Rolf Harris drives prison officers round the U-bend with digeridoo made of toilet rolls

Convicted peadophile uses Aborigine Australian folk music and table tennis as ‘therapy’ during prison time

DISGRACED entertainer Rolf Harris has been driving prison officers round the U-bend by making didgeridoos out of toilet rolls.
The jailed paedophile, who is a big fan of the Aboriginal wind instrument, carefully crafts his own version by using the cardboard part of the roll and match sticks.

And although he keeps having them continually confiscated by prison guards, the determined 85-year-old slyly collects the rolls so he can play his much-loved instrument in his cell at Stafford Prison.
Last night a source told The Sun: “He joins the tubes together with matchsticks, it’s driving everyone mad.
“He sits in his cell and tries to play his home-made didgeridoo. It’s not the real deal but it acts as a therapy for him.
“And he continues to make them even though he keeps getting them confiscated.”

In 2014 Harris was said to have carved a 3ft didgeridoo using wood from the garden of his former jail, HMP Bullingdon in Oxfordshire.

It reportedly took Harris a month for him to create the first didgeridoo, which is about 3ft long and has been decorated on the outside with figures and images.
He had it seized by guards since prisoners are not allowed large personal items and the wooden instrument is not on the list of those allowed.
Since being moved to Stafford, he has joined the choir, singing with other inmates at Sunday services. And he enjoys doing caricatures of his fellow inmates in return for chocolate.

He is said to excel at ping pong. The shamed TV star is also known as the “king of table tennis” behind bars.
The source said: “He might be getting on a bit, but he’s pretty nimble when it comes to ping-pong.
“His art work is also adorned on the prison walls — because his work is the best.
“When it’s visiting hour, the prisoner officers proudly show it off to those coming to visit their loved ones.
“Prison really isn’t that bad for Rolf — he’s getting a lot of fulfilment out of the activities on offer and is no doubt doing a lot more than other pensioners his age.”
