"C'mere," the older woman says, to which Beth replies: "I don't want to come here!" before she turns around and leaves.

It's not clear what prompted the woman to harass the Black dog dad.

The woman in the video anonymously spoke with the news station on Tuesday and said she saw the man taking pictures of her home, which made her worried they could be used for a crime.

She denied race was a factor in her suspicions when asked by the news station whether she would have had the same reaction if the man was white.

Beth defended her actions to the news station and said she recorded the woman because of recently reported instances of racism against Black people.

"He is in a public space, he took a picture; people do that all the time," Beth said.
"It’s a movement right now where we need to prove that Black people are harassed for no good reason. It’s a time where we need to have evidence to back up what we are saying."

Another dog-walking 'Karen' who antagonized a Black man faced charges in on the same day as the confrontation in .
