The altercation allegedly occurred at Camelback Resort in Tannersville last week, when an off-duty New York Police Department officer clashed with the group of teenagers, the father of one of the boys claimed to in a report published Tuesday.

According to the father, the off-duty NYPD cop got the teenagers banned from the water park for the day but continued to harass them hours later.

Pocono Township police officers showed up and the ensuing fight was captured on video and posted by the father on his Instagram account @the_real_frankwhite.

The video shows a man in plain clothes approaching and being pushed back by uniformed officers as the group of teenagers yells remarks including, “Look at him.”

Meanwhile, the township police officers appear to be much rougher with the teens.

Two police officers hold down another shirtless boy facedown on the ground.

One of the officers holds his neck and the other cop punches the boy on the back of his head several times.

The Pocono Township Police Department and the Monroe County District Attorney’s office did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Sun on Tuesday.

A spokesperson with NYPD told The Sun on Tuesday afternoon that the department is still trying to determine whether an off-duty officer with the force was actually involved.

A representative for the district attorney’s criminal division told TMZ that the local officers were suspended and that the Pennsylvania State Police were called on to investigate the matter.

In his , the father, who has his name as “FrankWhite The Enforcer,” claims that the off-duty NYPD cop followed the teens around the water park all day last Wednesday and was “clearly drunk, clearly a grown man and clearly starting all the s*** all day.”

“Watch how the officers let him walk around and [antagonize] the kids,” the father wrote.

“Watch how while the cops are man handling a 140 pound kid in a bathing suit and no shoes all while allowing this drunk belligerent man to walk around and in the middle of this confrontation as if he is one of them.”

The father wrote that the teens were charged with “rioting” and claimed that his son’s skull was bashed five times.

Hashtags on his posts included #EndPoliceBrutality and #Justice4Anthony2020.

Family members of the beaten teen set up a fundraiser with the name “Justice 4 Anthony” and identified him as Anthony Conesa.

“First and foremost, we want to ensure Anthony is able to receive proper care from a reputable surgeon, as that is the most important next step,” the GoFundMe page states.

“In addition, we are in the process of retaining the best attorney possible to help guide us through this process.”

As of Tuesday afternoon, the GoFundMe page had raised $2,125 of its $25,000 donation goal.
