A MAN was arrested after running over two motorcyclists with his car, driving his vehicle over the top of the bike.
Shocking footage captured by another driver shows the heart-stopping moment that the raging man in a silver car runs over the motorbike.
The car, which was driving straight, suddenly veers to the right and is tipped at a strange angle when he mounts the bike.
The two motorists on the back of the bike fall over, immediately disappearing underneath the silver car.
A woman can be seen rolling to the right of the car and the bike and doesn’t appear to be seriously injured.
The man emerges from under the bike soon after and can be seen dusting himself off.
The horrifying scene played out in Tampa, Florida on Monday afternoon.
The bikers were attacked just after a Memorial Day ride for veterans.
The male victim, Navy veteran Joe Calderazzo, later went to hospital to check that his leg was alright.
He said: "I thought the guy was trying to kill us obviously. You know you don't know what's going through your mind. Is he going to put the car in reverse? Is her going to turn around? Is he going to stop and pull out a gun? You don't know what's going on."
The driver, Robert Paul Vance, 31, has been charged with hit-and-run, a moving traffic violation and aggravated battery.
He has broken traffic laws before.
