Epstein ‘dressed victim, 14, up in little girl’s underwear and called her “ungrateful” after taking virginity in rape’

JEFFREY Epstein dressed one of his victims in "little children's underwear" and called her ungrateful when she tried to stop the abuse, court docs claim.

Shocking court papers have emerged as an unnamed victim who says she first met Epstein aged just 13 filed a lawsuit against his $634m estate and his alleged "madam" Ghislaine Maxwell.

It is claimed sex trafficker Epstein allegedly raped the victim - taking her virginity - and then would later phone up accusing her not "appreciating him" when she managed to escape.

Court papers seen by The Sun Online lay out the alleged abuse which began after she allegedly met Epstein and Maxwell at Interlochen Arts Camp in Michigan in the summer of 1994.

Named only as Jane Doe, she claims Epstein said he was a patron handing out scholarships to talented young artists.

Epstein took her mum's phone number and weeks later called her at home - inviting her to his lavish home in Palm Beach.

It is alleged over the next few months Epstein and Maxwell would "groom and mentor" the teenager .

The multimillionaire dubbed himself her "godfather" and would take her to the movies and on shopping trips.

Doe claims it started out as a friendship, with Maxwell acting like an "older sister", before things started to become sexual.

Epstein would shop for "little children's cotton underwear" for her to wear - and towards the end of 1994 the sexual abuse began.

Whenever she tried to stop spending time with them, Epstein and Maxwell would allegedly "threaten" her and "scold her for being 'ungrateful'", Doe said.

Doe claims she was abused at Epstein's mansion in Palm Beach, his $71million townhouse in New York, and at his ranch in New Mexico.

She explains the paedophile would force her into performing sex acts on him and he would use sex toys on her.

The abuse escalated once he had "made her and her family completely dependent on him financially" - moving her to a posh apartment in New York.

Epstein allegedly went on to rape the victim in 1997 at his New York home after asking if she had a boyfriend.

The paedophile allegedly insisted she had to make sure the sex would be ";good" and she told her she should "get over" losing her virginity.

He then raped her for the first time, forcing her onto the stomach, and would do so on multiple occasions until 1999.

Maxwell is alleged to have "regularly facilitated Epstein's abuse" and was "frequently present when it occurred".

Doe claims she moved to Los Angeles to "escape Epstein's abuse" and stopped returning his "frequent calls".

Epstein would allegedly "threaten and berate her for not appreciating him" when they spoke on the phone.

Her lawyers argue the five years of abuse cause her "immeasurable pain and suffering every day" as they take on Epstein's estate.

Elsewhere in the court docs, it also claims that Epstein introduced her to future president Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago - saying "this is a good one, right?".

Trump is claimed to have "smiled and nodded in agreement" and both men "chuckled" - leaving Doe feeling "uncomfortable".

The US President is not suspected of any wrongdoing - and Trump claims to have not spoken to Epstein in 15 years, and is said to have banned him from his resort Mar-a-Lago.

“I’m not a fan of his,” Trump said.

It is claimed Trump banned Epstein in 2007 after the shamed financier harassed a member’s daughter, according to a new book called The Grifter's Club.

Miami Herald reporter Sarah Blaskey said of the incident: “The way this person described it, such an act could irreparably harm the Trump brand, leaving Donald no choice but to remove Epstein.”

Her lawyers say Doe is the only survivor of Epstein’s abuse who has declined to stay her case in order to pursue compensation.

More than two dozen women filed lawsuits against Epstein’s estate, and they’ve agreed to pause their litigation while participating in the victims’ compensation program.

If they accept the fund’s offer, they must dismiss their suits against the estate and all related entities and individuals - including Maxwell.

Maxwell has denied any involvement in Epstein’s sex ring and last month pleaded not guilty to four charges related to child sex trafficking and two counts of perjury.

Her lawyers have accused the victims of trying to turn her into a scapegoat since the death of Epstein.

Epstein killed himself in his cell at a New York prison in August last year while awaiting trial on charges - depriving many victims of justice.

Maxwell has been accused of taking part in the grooming and abuse of dozens of underage girls by Epstein - acting as his alleged madam, pimp or fixer who would recruit victims.

The current charges against her relate to allegations by three alleged victims in particular.
