Bar staff at the club were "appalled" by the behaviour of a "small minority" - and branded the disgusting scenes "unacceptable".

Drunken yobs could be seen lobbing missiles across the beer garden as they threw punches at each other during the fight just after 6.30pm tonight.

Bouncers struggled to keep rival punters apart - with an ice bucket launched across a table at one point during the shocking clip.

Fellow onlookers watched on in horror as the young lads battled each other in the beer garden.

The brawlers could be seen ignoring pub social distancing rules as they scrambled to throw punches at each other.

And some boozers were filmed trying to restrain their pals from fighting in the video as the chaos unfolded.

Sanctuary bosses confirmed that police were called to the scene, and that nobody was injured during the altercation.

The venue also added that they are working with cops to ensure the louts are caught, and said anyone who was involved will be barred permanently from the venue.

A spokesperson said: "The Sanctuary staff and management are appalled by the behaviour of a small minority of customers who have shown no regard for the safety and wellbeing of those around them.

"We will work with the police to ensure those responsible are dealt with appropriately and they will be barred from the venue.

"At any time this behaviour is unacceptable, but never more so when faced with the current situation.

";Stewards quickly intervened. Police were called and groups dispersed safely and separately.

"Sanctuary is committed to providing a safe Covid-secure environment through digital temperature checks and two-metre distancing in-line with government guidance.

"Full track and trace data was collected. No one was injured and the safety of our customers is paramount."

Police Scotland has been contacted for comment.
