Cat found alive by staff working round-the-clock after 3 days missing on London Underground
Moggy found in a tunnel on the Victoria line, eating a mouse
A CAT called Lucky who went missing for three days after leaping down a London Underground tunnel has been found alive.
Owner Lucy Duff, 27, feared her pet had dead when she jumped out her pet-carrier box and onto the tracks at Green Park tube station, last Sunday.
Transport for London searched the southbound Victoria Line tunnels on Wednesday night - with Lucy calling out her pet’s name for two hours.
Incredibly the seven-year-old tortoiseshell was found in the early hours of yesterday morning alive and well — chewing on a dead mouse.

Lucy, of Clapham, south London, tweeted: “LUCKY HAS BEEN RESCUED! Found dehydrated, weak and unsurprisingly dirty. Awaiting vets.”
She added: “Miracle ‘Tube Cat’ rescued! Lucky has certainly lived up to her name. Cannot tell you how thankful I am for everything.”
Relieved Lucy, who had offered a £1,000 reward, was finally reunited with her pet following a check up with the RSPCA.
She said: Lucky certainly lived up to her name. It’s so dangerous down there.”
A TfL spokesman said: “We’re pleased to report that Lucky that cat was found safe and well in the early hours of Thursday morning by one of our track patrol men.
“However, this is a reminder to customers to take extra care when travelling on the Tube with their pets.”
