The Royal only served four months in the Royal Marines but had EIGHT pinned on at Trooping the Colour

ROYAL Marines dropout Prince Edward has been mocked for appearing with a chest full of medals.

He had eight pinned on at Trooping the Colour.

Edward and Sophie joined the trooping of the colour procession on Saturday

The prince, 52, joined the Royal Marines after Cambridge University but quit after four months.

Pictures of the prince have gone viral with jokers tweeted asking: “What exactly did you do to win these Eddie?” One replied: “Prince Edward proudly wearing his ‘Running away from the Royal Marines blubbing like a girl’ medals.” Wrighty tweeted: “The medals explained: left to right — Malibu Stacey fan club, tap, fairy cakes (3rd place), 25m crawl.”
