Thrill-seeking day-trippers are doing COCAINE in the loos at Harry Potter studio tour aimed at child fans

Sun investigation finds there's more than magic happening at this wizard school

COKED-UP day-trippers are taking Class A drugs on the Harry Potter Studio Tour aimed at wizard loving kids, a Sun Online investigation has revealed.

We found strong traces of the drug in the loos at the Warner Brothers' attraction in Herts, which welcomes 5,000 Potter fans every day, mostly children and young families.

On the tour visitors get to step inside Hogwarts - the magic school where naughty wizards might be given lines.

It seems some visitors are playing more than Quidditch on their visit to the Watford-based set - where the eight movies starring Daniel Radcliffe as Harry and Emma Watson as Hermione were filmed.

We carried out tests in a number of toilets throughout the tour, using the same drug kits used by police.

The wipes turn blue if they come into contact with cocaine.

As these pictures clearly show the tourist trap needs more protection against the Dark Arts of drug abuse.

Traces were found on toilet seats and loo roll holders — with three men’s toilet blocks testing positive.

One test in particular showed clear blue patches suggesting recent use.

Possessing cocaine is illegal and can carry a jail sentence of up to seven years.

The studio tour is a mega-famous attraction, bringing in 5,000 visitors from around the world every day.

The tour is jam packed of thrills for Potter fans and we won't spoil all of the magic.

But it is safe to say visitors will get to walk through the Great Hall, visit Dumbledore's office and peep inside Hagrid's Hut.

You can see inside Professor Severus Snape's potion making class and see full scale models of the many Fantastic Beasts seen in the franchise.

You can even visit a replica of the iconic Hogwarts Express at platform 9 3/4 and sit inside a carriage, pretending you are off to their first term at wizarding school.

Before we started the tour we had our bags thoroughly checked and were scanned with metal detectors.

But our tests prove the security is failing to detect illegal drugs.

Tickets for the attraction cost £35 for adults or £27 for children, with extra charges for souvenirs or headsets.

You are walked around the studio with tour guides who introduce the props and are on hand to answer questions.

The tour starts with a short film introduced by Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Ron Weasley actor Rupert Grint.

Other attractions along the way include a look around Privet Drive, a walk up Diagon Alley, a green screen to film your own broomstick ride against and a chance to try Butter Beer in the canteen.

The impressive full-size model of Hogwarts gives you a unique perspective on the famous fictional school.

There are several toilets along the tour route but the strongest traces of cocaine we found were in the studio lobby - yards from where thousands of excited young Potter fans queued to get in to the attraction.

A spokesman for Warner Bros. said: "We are surprised by this information and take it very seriously.

"All of our public facilities are regularly checked, and such matters have never previously been reported.”

There is absolutely no suggestion that anyone at Harry Potter World or parent company Warner Brothers knew anything about illegal drug taking on the property.

In May a Sun investigation found traces of cocaine at the Chelsea Flower Show.
