THE home where Novichok victim Dawn Sturgess was fatally poisoned is being demolished.
Her partner Charley Rowley’s flat, where she sprayed herself with what she thought was a bottle of perfume, is one of two being knocked down.
Housing provider Stonewater said it had worked closely with Wiltshire council and residents on what to put in place after the abandoned properties in Muggleton Road, Amesbury, were cleared.
It said: “The cleared area will be landscaped, creating additional green space for the community and we’ll be providing two homes at an alternative development nearby to ensure that there is no loss of affordable housing in south Wiltshire.
“Whilst we cannot forget the events at this property, we’re pleased we’ve been able to work together and we’ll do our best to minimise disruption.”
Dawn, a mother of three, collapsed at the flat and died in hospital a week later in July 2018.

Mr Rowley, 47, was seriously ill but recovered.
The flat is eight miles from Salisbury where former Russian agent Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were poisoned with Novichok in March 2018.
They also recovered.
