Shocking CCTV from inside Orlando gay club shows Omar Mateen’s massacre of 49 clubbers ‘minute by minute’
Cops release footage from Pulse's security cameras that shows the ISIS-inspired killer's rampage
SICKENING footage recovered from the Orlando gay club Pulse shows gunman Omar Mateen's massacre of 49 clubbers 'minute by minute'.
Cops retrieved the film from security cameras at the venue, which shows Mateen's cold-blooded killing spree.
Before he was gunned down by police, Mateen killed 49 people and injured 53 others in the Orlando club.
Though authorities have released little information on the investigation as it stands, he is believed to have searched for the terms “Pulse Orlando” and “shooting” before and during the attack, according to a letter released by a Senate committee in the US.

In the letter, Republican Senator Ron Johnson revealed Mateen wrote: "The real Muslims will never accept the filthy ways of the west," on at least five Facebook accounts said to be associated with him.
The committee sent the letter to Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg in a bid to receive help uncovering the trail of hate Mateen left before he was shot dead.
Though Senator Johnson neglected to explain how the committee obtained the information about the killer’s Facebook activity, according to the letter, Mateen made the series of disturbing Facebook posts before and during the horrific attack.
According to the letter, Mateen wrote: "America and Russia stop bombing the Islamic state.”
Mateen proceeded to pledge his allegiance to the leader of Islamic State in his final post, which warned: "In the next few days you will see attacks from the Islamic state in the USA."
Despite this, DIA director John Brennan said the agency has found no link between the killer and any terrorist organisation.
Mr Brennan told the State Intelligence Committee: "As we have seen in Orlando, San Bernardino and elsewhere, ISIL is attempting to inspire attacks by sympathisers who have no direct links to the group."
"Last month, for example, a senior ISIL figure publicly urged the group's followers to conduct attacks in their home countries if they were unable to travel to Syria and Iraq," he said.
Facebook is yet to comment on the Senate’s request for help.
The letter detailing the contents of Mateen’s last Facebook posts and searches was released as Orlando prepared to bury the first of the 49 victims.
Investigators are in the process of reconstructing Mateen’s final movements before his shocking rampage.
To do this, they are interrogating Mateen's wife, Noor Salman, to find out what she may know about the attack.
According to US attorney Lee Bentley, Salman has gone into seclusion following the massacre.
It is not known whether any charges have been brought against her or anyone else.
