SENATOR Lindsey Graham has warned that Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer would form a "trifecta from hell" if Democrats take control of the Senate.

The 65-year-old politician made his fiery comments during an interview with Fox News on Monday night.

Graham told Fox News contributor Trey Gowdy: "If we lose these two Senate seats in Georgia, Pelosi will run the house, Schumer will run the Senate and, if the president falls short and Biden gets to be president, you’re gonna have Pelosi, Schumer and Biden.

“That’s the trifecta from hell for big government, it’s a nightmare for conservatism."

Graham, who serves as the Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, added: "It’s the end of checks and balances.

“It would fundamentally change the country as we know it.

"The fate of the Republic really lies in the hands of our friends in Georgia. So, I’m worried as we speak tonight.”

The South Carolina senator insisted that Senate Minority Leader Schumer, Democratic House Speaker Pelosi, and President-elect Biden would ultimately lead to the demise of the Electoral College.

Graham expects the worst if Democrats win a victory over Republicans in Georgia's Senate runoff elections on January 5.

The senator also used his screen time to push viewers to donate to Republican campaigns in the swing state of Georgia.

The "trifecta from hell" would ultimately reshape the U.S. Supreme Court - by changing the number of justices from nine to 13, he explained.

However, in the case that Republicans claim victory in one of the two races - allowing them to keep the GOP as the majority - Graham would become the 2020 chairman of the Senate Budget Committee.

On the condition that the Senate gets divided equally between both parties -following a Democrat win in both races - Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders would take as chairman.

He was referring the the possibility of Democrats Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff winning the races.

Graham continued in his Fox News interview: "I may not be your cup of tea out there.

"But let me tell you this, I’m a hell of a lot better than Bernie Sanders when it comes to your money."

At one point, Graham called Sanders a "an avowed socialist."

Graham then revealed he doesn't believe that the people of Georgia are "going to allow this country to be turned into a socialist nation."

“That’s really what’s on the ballot for these Senate seats," he added.

Graham's interview comes as - but vowed to "prevail" with his election fight.

The White House General Services Administration (GSA) has written to President-elect Biden to signal the beginning of the handover, more than two weeks after election day.

It means the President-elect will now become party to the daily security briefing and be able to communicate with the country's Covid-19 task-force.

Trump tweeted shortly after to thank the GSA chief for her "steadfast loyalty and dedication to our country,"

But he added: "I believe we will prevail! Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same."

Hours after the letter was released, Trump took to twitter again to say his team will never concede and brand the election "corrupt."
