Man filmed up a woman’s skirt whilst pretending to look at items on a shelf at budget store

A SICK perv who filmed up a woman's skirt as he pretended to shop in Poundstretcher is being hunted by police.
They say he followed the woman around the store before she noticed he was filming her with his mobile phone.
The woman, who is in her mid 20s, first noticed the suspect when he bent down beside her while she looked at the shelves above.
She was shocked discover him filming with his mobile phone under her skirt.
She shouted at the man who then he hastily left the store clutching his phone.
Detectives have released CCTV footage after the incident in Newham Broadway, east London, at around 5.30pm on June 7.
The suspect caught on CCTV is described as a black man in his mid 30s with black stubble.
He was wearing a white t-shirt with black writing, a black cap, dark jeans and white trainers.
