WELSH football hero Hal Robson-Kanu proved he is a hotshot off the pitch as well as on it.

The Dragons hero's girlfriend is a supermodel and heiress to one of the country's biggest potato producers.

Haley Bartlett, 24, caught the eye while she cheered on Robson-Kanu as he sent Wales hurtling into the Euro 2016 semi-final with a sublime turn and finish.

And it has been revealed the model is heiress to the Albert Bartlett Group which supplies around 20 per cent of all potatoes sold in the UK.

Scot Haley was in Lille on Wednesday and tweeted following the 3-1 win: "I could just burst with excitement."

Later she added: "Epic night. A team made of slate, , Speed and fire, carved from the depths of mines and the breath of dragons.

"A team made of history. A team made of Wales."

Haley moved to Los Angeles after being spotted by a modelling scout at 15,

But she returned to the UK to be with out-of-contract Robson-Kanu in 2014.

The couple have a one-year-old daughter together.

The former Reading striker is unlikely to be out of work for long after his heroics in France.

Dozens of top clubs are expected to vie for the 27-year-old's signature this summer after his Johan Cruyff-inspired finish against world No 2 side Belgium.
