Chinese man sues escort agency after ‘paying £2million for encounters with Megan Fox, Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel and actress Angelababy’
Report claims horny millionaire decided to take legal action when Independence Day: Resurgence actress Angelababy failed to turn-up for sex session
A RANDY Chinese businessman is suing an escort agency after they failed to provide him with A-list stars, such as Megan Fox, for nights of passionate romping.
Australia’s The Sunday Telegraph reports that the mega-rich claimant paid Aussie company Royal Court Escorts a king’s ransom of £2.1 million for consensual trysts with Transformers actress Fox and supermodel Candice Swanepoel.
The report also says the out-of-pocket businessman claims he was promised a professional romp session with Asian mega-star and Independence Day: Resurgence actress Yang Ying nicknamed Angelababy.
There is no suggestion that Megan Fox, Candice Swanepoel or Yang Ying aka Angelababy are actually escorts or have any connection to the Royal Escorts or any of its parent companies.
According to the newspaper, the disgruntled man, named as Yu Xu, claims he arranged for the A-list celebrities to meet him in China for one-on-one sex sessions.
The wealthy gentleman has now tasked a team of heavy-hitting lawyers to take legal action against the parent company of the Sydney-based escort agency.
He claims he was promised “female escorts of international standing for the provision of sexual services”.
Mr Xu’s statement continues: “It was agreed that if (Mr Xu) paid the sum of $3.7 million (the agency) would provide Megan Fox, Candice Swanepoel and ‘Angelababy’ as escorts for sexual services,”
The horny claimant reportedly paid the agency the whopping sum in August 2014.
However, the deal turned sour when popstar, model and A-list actress Angelababy failed to meet him one month later.
His report states: “He wants to recoup the cost and is suing the agency’s parent company for breach of conduct, misleading and deceptive conduct, and unjust enrichment.
“It is understood the company will defend the claim but it is yet to file a defence statement with the court."
