THE Sun last night offered a £20,000 reward to catch the knife killers of a trainee lawyer who was on an errand for his mother.
She also pleaded for justice after Sven Badzak, 22, who went to the same prep school as Princes William and Harry, was butchered by a gang of eight youths.
Mum Jasna wept as she spoke of the good deeds which set him apart from the “soulless scum” who took his life.
Yugoslavia-born Jasna, 49, told how Sven leapt into action in 2017 the moment he saw images of the Grenfell Tower blaze just a mile from their home.
The mum, of Kilburn, North London, sobbed: “He bagged up all his clothes. He said, ‘Mum, these people will have nothing and I have too much’.
“Then he filled three shopping trolleys full of food from Waitrose and drove down there.
“I still can’t believe someone as beautiful and kind as him has been taken from me.
“And I can’t believe his life was taken by horrible low-lives who murdered my only child for fun. I want them caught.”
Financial analyst Jasna is a former Conservative Association chairwoman who had proudly introduced Sven to Boris Johnson and ex-PM David Cameron.
She said of her son: “He was so charming. He could have been Prime Minister.”

Jasna told The Sun: “He went out to get me orange juice and a bagel on Saturday evening . . . and that was the last time I saw my boy.
“He bumped into a young lad he knew but this gang of eight youths loitering nearby suddenly attacked them. It was motiveless. They took my wonderful son’s life for kicks.”
She urged Boris Johnson to make the police “get a grip” on knife crime. The PM said he would respond to her.
He added: “What is happening on the streets of too many of our cities is very, very sad.”
Jasna said a marked police car was seen passing the gang moments before Sven died under a savage salvo of knife blows at around 5.40pm on Saturday.
She went on: “If the police car had stopped and challenged them, or if they had been stopped and searched, my son would be alive.”

Sven’s 16-year-old pal was also stabbed and was “serious but stable” in hospital.
Jana, who fled war in former Yugoslavia, added: “I used to have a Kalashnikov rifle pointed in my face every day — now I don’t feel safe in the UK.”

Police told the local community: “This was a barbaric attack in a public place. As a result, you will see more officers on the streets.”
