A FED-UP resident has filmed the moment a man stripped off his clothes and cavorted naked on the pavement outside a historic church.
The bizarre footage shows a man clutching his clothes in his hands as he ran around the junction in the early hours of the morning, just feet from St Dunstan's Church in Canterbury.
He then ran out of shot, only to return to the pavement outside the 11th century Grade 1 listed building in Kent to throw all his clothes into the air.
Some four or five other people are heard laughing at the man, who appeared to be in his early 20s, before he spends the rest of the film stumbling about naked, shrieking wildly.
He held his arms aloft and at one point even hurls a shoes at a member of the group he was with.
Richard Jones, who shot the footage, lives in a house overlooking the roundabout by the church.
The 46-year-old was alerted to the naked man's presence by a noise in the road.
He said: "I heard a lot of banging in the road and looked out of the window to see five people, including a naked man, coming up the road.
"It was appalling behaviour in this day and age and indecent exposure is a crime.
"This is worse for the fact that there has been a spate of indecent exposures in Canterbury and that's why I called it in to police despite the late hour.
"I saw some blue lights about 15 minutes later, but don't know if they picked anyone up."
Police said they received a call about the man, but no offences were reported.
