The snaps drew vitriol from Three Lions fans after Harry Kane's shocking performance at the Euros
ENGLAND flop Harry Kane is the latest star to score an own goal by boasting of his luxury holiday online.
The shot-shy striker posted a snap sunbathing on a palm-fringed beach by a crystal-clear ocean – sparking a torrent of abuse from fans.
But he followed in the footsteps of Euro 2016 failures Wayne Rooney, Jack Wilshere, Deli Alli and Kyle Walker by copping flak from disgruntled supporters.
One angry England fan contrasted Harry’s hols in a millionaires’ playground with the joyous scenes posted by Spurs team-mate Ben Davies when the Wales squad were welcomed home by 30,000 fans after their semi-final exit.
James Cooper wrote on the Instagram feed of Kane – slammed for his poor corners, free-kicks and all-round play in France: “When Davies and co post pics from the centre of Cardiff, you’re on a beach somewhere.
“You won’t read this but it’s the wrong message to send to people. You can now earn as many holidays and nice things as you like for the next five generations of your family but who will remember you if you don’t kick on from here. It’s been v disappointing to be honest.”
An online user named Pugsquad posted simply: “I hope your leg gets bitten off by a shark you moron.”
chris.stott17Guys hit out: “He didn’t give a sh*t about winning cause all he wanted to do was go on vacation”.
Misfiring Kane is the latest England star to be panned for bragging about living it up as the nation still mourns the disastrous campaign.
Injury-prone Jack Wilshere posted a pic of himself posing on a bike with his two children and his fiancé in front of a sun-soaked villa.
Furious fan Siyosky ranted: “Players like you don’t deserve holidays. 247 work until you stop being injury prone.”
