He is alleged to have assaulted the drunk passenger who had fallen asleep on the train from Charing Cross to Orpington.

Westminster Magistrates' Court heard he pretended he, as the old lady, wanted to help the woman get home safely and wrapped the scarf around her as the pair got off the train.

These allegations took place on January 31 of this year.

The prosecution argues the woman was not able to stand at the time as she was so drunk.

Railway staff initially thought they were a couple, they soon became suspicious and stopped the pair before they could leave the station.

Felicity Lineham, for the prosecution, said the woman's breast was exposed under Reed's scarf.

She said: "The female was intoxicated and barely able to stand and the defendant was huddled into her covering her left breast that had protruded from her dress."

Reed, from Chatham in Kent, is charged with two counts of breaching a sexual harm prevention order.

He was bailed to appear at Southwark Crown Court in August.
