Traces of the Class A drug were also discovered on toilet seats at the family attraction based on the well known TV character

PARENTS are snorting cocaine in the baby-changing and breastfeeding area at children’s theme park Peppa Pig World, a Sun Online investigation can reveal.

Traces of the Class A drug were also discovered on toilet seats at the family attraction based on the well known TV character which attracts one million visitors a year.

The Sun Online probe’s findings at Paultons Park in Hampshire - home to Peppa Pig World – comes just as hundreds thousands of children break up from school to begin their summer holidays.

Tests were carried out in seven cubicles and four tested positive for the Class A substance at the venue recently ranked as one of the world's best amusement parks.

The wipes were the same as those adopted by police and turn blue if they come into contact with cocaine.

While some swabs showed only faint colouring, others had large bright blue patches.

It meant they had picked up sizeable traces of cocaine — suggesting the use was recent.
Possession of cocaine is punishable with up to seven years in jail.
Feint traces were found on the toilet cistern and tiled ledge in the baby changing area in the toilets in Peppa Pig World in Romsey.

Cocaine usage was also discovered on a toilet seat and a loo roll holder in the same block.

Further swabs tested positive on a padded bench used by mums to breastfeed their babies in an area at the gates to Peppa Pig World and a toilet seat in the loos opposite the restaurant in Paultons Park.

Earlier this month the popular attraction was voted the UK’s best amusement park on TripAdvisor – beating Alton Towers, Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Chessington World of Adventures.

Paultons boasts has more than 60 rides this year launched its new £9million Lost Kingdom - a dinosaur themed park.

Peppa Pig World opened in April 2011 with seven rides, an indoor play zone, a muddy puddles water splash park, play areas and themed buildings.

Day tickets for the attraction are £25.75 if booked in advance for an adult or child one metre or over.
There is absolutely no suggestion that anyone at Peppa Pig World or Paultons Park knew anything about illegal drug taking on the property.

It comes just a few weeks after a Sun Online probe discovered cocaine at Harry Potter World in Hertfordshire.

In May police found an innocent-looking Peppa Pig lunchbox packed with super-strength cocaine.

It was discovered in a car boot while it was being driven from Liverpool to Bristol.
Last month former Everton striker Marcus Bent was fined for possessing cocaine at kids theme park Chessington World of Adventures.

The Sun has contacted Peppa Pig World for a comment and are awaiting their reply.
