Mr Cameron was often photographed running in London with Matt — who claims to work with “some of the most famous physiques in fashion, music, politics and industry”.

He boasts on his website of honing the bodies of comic Michael McIntyre and TV star Amanda Holden.

Cam’s wife Samantha also received a discount of £85 per session ten times in 2011.

In each case, Mr Cameron gave cash to a charity of Matt’s choice.

The report of MPs’ perks shows new PM Theresa May accepted a discount card from top dress designer Amanda Wakeley.

Mrs May previously accepted a discount from high street fashion chain Russell & Bromley which expired in January.
