ISIS hostage survivor reveals how he was forced to watch mates being executed by jihadi thugs
New book reveals Daniel Rye's ordeal in terror prison alongside Alan Henning and John Cantlie

A MAN who was held hostage by ISIS for 13 months revealed how he was forced to watch his cell mates being executed.
Daniel Rye was kept caged by extremist butchers in Syria, alongside Alan Henning and John Cantlie.
He survived to tell the tale revealing the horrific conditions inflicted by the jihadis.
The 26-year-old was captured in 2013 while he was on the trail of captured journalist James Foley.
He was hauled out of his cell to watch Western “spies” murdered in front of his eyes and was told: “you’re next”.
Daniel was blindfolded and hauled into a vehicle where an ISIS guard said to him: “Do you know what you’re going to do?
“You’re going to watch someone be executed.”
He was taken to a desert in the back of a van while the driver hummed an Islamic hymn.
The vehicle stopped and he was dragged towards a hole where a terrified prisioner was waiting on his knees.
Describing the ordeal in a new book, Daniel told how he and other hostages were filmed holding sheets of paper reading: “I don’t want to end like him.”
The evil terrorists then filmed as an ISIS thug shot him in the head and let his body topple into the freshly dug grave.
His cell mate Alan Henning was beheaded on 3 October 2013 as the butchers released a video claiming it was in response to the UKs involvement in US air strikes.
