A 44-ton lorry went into the rear of a car THREE TIMES after the driver braked sharply, as the pair carried out a terrifying battle while driving on the motorway.
Dave Walker, the lorry driver, was on the M62 near Leeds, West Yorkshire, when he moved into the middle lane to make room for another car.
The 59-year-old claims the red Honda seen in the video became frustrated, undertook him and braked sharply.
As they both pulled on to the hard shoulder to exchange insurance details after the lorry had gone into the back of the car, the pair clash two more times.
Dave, a truck driver of 40 years, said: "This clever dick is a young fella, and to be fair to him I was probably a cocky thing myself back in the day, and at that age you don't think you can do anything wrong.
"We all make mistakes but that wasn't a mistake it was done on purpose, it was ridiculous.
"The guy clearly decided 'I'm going to teach that driver a lesson'.
"I jumped on my brakes but didn't want someone to then go into the back of me such I just stayed in the middle lane and you can see I backed off.
"When I saw what he did I just thought 'what a clown'.
"Most truck drivers deal with this on a daily basis – some people just don't want us on the roads."
The video shows Dave, from Selby, North Yorkshire, travelling on the M62 eastbound and moving his lorry over into the middle lane to allow traffic to filter onto the motorway.
After the crash Dave said: "It's dangerous driving – in the worst case scenario someone could get killed.
"Drivers like this are not only putting themselves at risk, but also the truck driver."
Dave rang the police immediately and officers attended, however he claims they did not look at the footage.
Superintendent Vince Firth of the Bradford District, said: "We were called to reports of a road traffic collision on the M62 east bound at 1.45pm on Wednesday 27 July.
"No one was seriously injured during the incident. Officers attended and spoke to both parties.
"Since then one of the individuals involved has raised concerns about how we handled it and we have contacted him and given him the opportunity to present footage filmed of the incident to investigators which will be reviewed.
"If our service has fallen below our usual high standards then we will look to put that right as soon as possible."
Dave has now passed the footage on to his bosses who will show it to the insurance company.
