Russia’s Ministry of Defence has taken delivery of a brand new "Doomsday Plane" designed to help Putin and his generals survive a nuclear war.

"Any state that may threaten the safety or territorial integrity of the Russian Federation, that may launch a war or a sudden attack, would face retaliation."

Korotchenko described the doomsday planes as "full-fledged command posts that allows coordinating the actions of ground forces and navy during both conventional and nuclear war".

The iPhone is generally updated once a year, with an event expected to take place in September to reveal the Apple's next flagship smartphone.
