Sun launches new FREE Weight Watchers programme to help people with Type 2 diabetes
HALF a million British adults may have Type 2 diabetes without even realising.
However it can be delayed or even reversed through improved diet, weight loss and increased activity - which is why WW has got involved!
A new programme from leading weight loss brand Weight Watchers re-imagined, is available FREE to people with the condition or at risk from it.
While everyone is encouraged to see their GP if they think they may be at risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, WW has partnered with the NHS and Diabetes UK to allow people to self-refer themselves to the new ‘Healthier You’ programme worth approx. £200.
In an exclusive Sun series, starting on Saturday, we bring you delicious recipes from the WW collection which will help you shed the pounds that will stop Type 2 in its tracks.
