Who is Trevor Bauer’s accuser Ms Hill?
TREVOR Bauer was during the summer of 2021 of sexually assaulting a woman the year prior.
In April 2022, the MLB officially suspended Bauer for two years.
Who is Trevor Bauer's accuser Ms Hill?
Trevor Bauer's accuser - identified as Ms Hill - claimed to have met the baseball star on Instagram.
She said she had sexual encounters with Bauer in April and May 2020.
On August 16, 2021, Ms Hill took the stand and spoke publicly for the first time about her encounters with Bauer.
During her testimony, Ms Hill said that after arriving at Bauer's Pasadena residence during their first encounter, they had an emotionally vulnerable conversation.
She alleged in her testimony that about two minutes into kissing and cuddling in his room, "He was becoming a little bit more aggressive."
Ms Hill also demonstrated how he allegedly choked her with her own hair as they began having intercourse, saying: "I had no idea that I was going to go unconscious."
After describing the alleged incident, she told the court that she woke up to being anally penetrated by Bauer, to which she repeated that she did not consent.
"Since I've gotten sober, I haven't had a ton of sex so I'm still trying to figure it out," she continued.

"I was just trying to impress him and give him what he wants because he was polarizing."
After the initial alleged assault, she told the court: "I was really sick from going unconscious ... I couldn't really move my body."
"I was so embarrassed that I couldn't live up to what his standard of sex was," she added in her testimony.
When the two texted about seeing each other again in May of 2020, the woman told the court: "I wanted to see him again to try to get some power back and have a better experience to forget about the first one."
She described in her testimony allegedly being choked by Bauer and punched in the face and body during their second encounter in May.
"When he would hit my face, my eyes would close," she described to the court.
"I felt like my soul left my body."
Ms Hill continued: "It was like I was just a rag doll.
"He was making me feel like it was my fault - like I had asked for it," she added.
Was Ms Hill denied a restraining order?
On August 19, 2021, Ms Hill was reportedly denied a restraining order after a four-day court battle.
"In this case, the court finds there is no supporting evidence that Bauer would cause any harm or even have contact with her," Judge Dianna Gould-Saltman determined at the time.
The judge ruled that Ms Hill "wanted more of a relationship" with Bauer, and that "being punched, having black eyes, and being hospitalized" are consequences of the acts that she consented to, including choking.
Why was Trevor Bauer suspended from the MLB?
Trevor Bauer has been on administrative leave since news of the alleged assault went public in the summer of 2021.
On April 29, 2022, the MLB announced Bauer is suspended without pay from the league for a total of 324 games, or two years.
"Today, we were informed that MLB has concluded its investigation into allegations that have been made against Trevor Bauer, and the Commissioner has issued his decision regarding discipline," reads a from the Los Angeles Dodgers.
"The Dodgers organization takes all allegations of this nature very seriously and does not condone or excuse any acts of domestic violence or sexual assault."
His suspension comes from a violation of the MLB's Joint Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, and Child Abuse Policy.
Bauer took to his Twitter account to once again deny all allegations, adding that he will appeal the MLB's decision.
