Olympic hopeful has plans to become master baker after whipping up the water in Rio
While at university she made trays of brownies and sold them to fellow students to make pocket money
OLYMPIC rower Charlotte Taylor is going for gold in her first Games but has plans to become a chocolatier after it's all over.
She is taking part in the lightweight double skull in Rio de Janeiro but wants to become a baker.
The 30-year-old said: "At the University of St Andrews I cooked quite a few trays of brownies and sold them to my halls of residence.
"I made myself some pocket money and it helped me through university.
"I love baking and creating stuff so if anyone wants to take me on as a chocolatier... I am there ready to go."
Masterchef and fan of the Great British Bake Off, Charlotte only took up rowing in 2010 after moving to London.
She said she wanted to get rid of alcohol calories and joined Putney Town Rowing Club.
The former travel company worker was soon hooked.

The 5ft 4inch rower said: "Me and my coach were joking that there is the ‘tall and talented’ programme and I was the ‘short and s***. I definitely would not have qualified.
“I only started rowing when I was 25 – it was all a bit of an accident really.
“I had always been very active but I went to university and came back, moved to London and my dad suggested giving it a try.
“I was working at an adventure travel company and just having a good time in London.
“I wanted to be in a sports club because I thought it would be a nice way to meet a few people and just make sure the alcohol calories were coming off.
“I got sucked into it and more and more addicted.”
Charlotte is now fully focused on helping teammate Kat – who won gold in London 2012 – win her second Olympic crown, as well as scooping her first.
They begin their quest for glory in Rio on Sunday.
She added: “I really want to help Kat defend her title and I want to win my own as well.”
