What is a spider wrangler?
FOR many people, the idea of handling spiders every day as part of their job would be a nightmare come true.
However for spider wranglers, dealing with arachnids is what they love to do.
What is a spider wrangler?
A spider wrangler is someone who controls spiders.
In May, Game of Talents viewers were left freaked out after a spider wrangler put a tarantula on her face.
The ITV show sees two contestants paired up with celebrities to try and work out eight people's talents with just a few clues to help them.
During the show, a blonde lady called Diana who said she had worked with Lady Gaga made an appearance.
Phil guessed she was a singing impressionist based off the clues but it was soon revealed that she was in fact a spider wrangler.
Dressed like Marilyn Monroe and miming to Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend, Diana was given a series of small boxes which contained tarantulas.
She then showed them off on her hands before placing one of her eight-legged friends on her face, where it sat for the rest of her performance.
Gillian struggled to watch and many viewers were also horrified by the sudden appearance of the large spiders.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "Well I turned #gameoftalents on at the wrong time didn't I Face screaming in fear F**k that."
Another tweeted: "#GameOfTalents Those spiders…nah, I had to look away. Ugh."
A third added: "My skin is still bloody crawling from that."
How do I become a spider wrangler?
One of Hollywood's biggest spider wranglers, Steven Kutcher, studied entomology and biology at university.
Entomology is the scientific study of insects.
After his studies, a professor recommended him for a job working on the sequel to the film The Exorcist.
Moviemakers then caught wind of Kutcher's talents.
He told AP: “Around that time, I realised that one of every three movies had an insect in it. And I thought, that’s a lot of work.”
He finally was able to make a living at spider wrangling after he got a job as part of the 1990 movie Arachnophobia.
Kutcher said: "“I figured out how to make a spider crawl into a slipper from four feet away on one try."
In 2012, Kutcher said he had worked on over 90 movies in the past three decades.
