Victim reveals how Lindt cafe gunman used sham black magic ‘consultations’ to rape dozens of women

A SEX abuse victim of the Lindt Cafe gunman has described the horrific ordeal she endured during his sham "black magic" rituals.

Man Haron Monis, 50, was killed by police after taking 18 people hostage at the cafe in central Sydney in December 2014.

: "He told you to strip, to take off all of my clothes straight away and to lie down, then he would dip this brush in his 'magic' liquid and paint my body.

"It cost a few hundred (Australian dollars) each time, but then he promised he could get rid of all my problems for $5000 (£3,000).

"And he started suggesting I, you know, do things to myself in front of him to help things along."

She went on describe Monis as a playboy who drove expensive cars, drank alcohol and was having sex with several women.

"He was very clean, tall, nice looking, and dressed sharp. He charmed women and drove a beautiful car."

Elsa said Monis, an Iranian refugee to Australia, preyed upon women at his "Spiritual Consultation" business.

He took advantage of mostly Indian or Fijian-Indian women who thought their illnesses might be due to spells or curses, she said.

Despite charges being laid representing seven women, she believes there may be many more victims.

Monis was on bail facing more than 40 sexual assault charges as well as conspiring to murder his wife when he carried out the 16-hour Sydney siege.

Monis was killed during the ensuing raid - carried out by special forces after coming to a deadlock during negotiations.
